A street market takes place in High Street every Thursday morning.
This wonderful bronze creation of Essendon footballer John Coleman flying over Fitzroy`s Tom Meehan was officially unveiled on Thursday 22nd September 2005.

John Coleman first played with Hastings, going on to be Essendon`s greatest goalkicker and full forward of the century.
